Attn: Online banking and Execubanc users
Due to a recent upgrade to our online banking servers most users are receiving Challenge Questions during the
sign in to Online Banking. Unfortunately, some of the Challenge Questions are ones that you may not have
answered during the initial security registration process. You will be unable to answer them correctly and
may be temporarily locked out of Online Banking.
We will be installing a program to correct these issues on Wednesday, 5/23/07 between 6:00am and 7:00am EST.
During this time both Personal Online Banking and Execubanc will be unavailable.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption of service and greatly appreciate your patience while we correct
this error.
Attn: Online banking and Execubanc users
When logging in to Online banking or Execubanc (business users) after Friday, May 18, 2007, you may be
prompted to answer a challenge question even though you have registered your computer. Our service
provider has made upgrades to the server which may cause your computer not to be recognized. A correct
answer to the security question should allow you to proceed to the password screen and re-register your
computer, providing you with access to your account information. Contact Chris at 734-327-0225 if you
have any questions or concerns.
Daylight Savings Update
On Thursday, March 8th we will be installing software to our Online Banking & Execubanc Servers to support the
change in Daylight Savings Time. Both Online systems will be down from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
We apologize for the interruption of service. Please remember to set your clocks ahead 1 hour on March 11th.

Introducing account protection that works 24/7...just like you do.
We're pleased to announce free new identity verification features for online banking and Execubanc, launching
on December 20, 2006.
These features prevent unauthorized access to your accounts while assuring you are visiting the valid Bank of
Ann Arbor website. These features consist of three parts: an image, a pass phrase and 3 challenge questions.
All three parts work together to protect your online banking accounts whether you are on your personal computer
or any public computer.
Our new security features protect you against identity theft and fraud in two ways. First, they assure that
you are at the valid Bank of Ann Arbor online banking site, rather than a look-alike site. Secondly, we
recognize you as the true owner of the account because you verify your identity with your chosen image and
pass phrase. If we don't recognize your computer, then we'll ask you one of your challenge questions to
verify it's really you.
On December 20, 2006, these new security features will become standard to our online banking. By passing
back and forth secret information that only you and Bank of Ann Arbor know, you can feel even more secure
with online banking.
Please read through the
Instruction Sheet for the
steps to follow to set up your identity features.
Feel free to contact us at 734-662-1600 or

questions or need assistance.
