To get started you'll need to have a valid Bank of Ann Arbor account number handy and your Telebanc Personal
Identification Number (PIN). This PIN is more than likely the last four digits of your social security number, but
contact us at
info@boaa.com if you're not sure. This will be your "initial password"
during the First Time User sign on.
Step 1
Click the
first time user
link. Enter your account number and your initial password. You will be required to answer two security questions and
to submit your e-mail address. Please note that if you forget your password, it can be e-mailed to the address you
input on this screen.
Step 2
Create your access ID and set a password. Both the access ID and passwords are case sensitive. The password must be
between 7 and 17 characters and have both numbers and letters.
Step 3
Set you security Data. In this last step, you will see an authentication image and be asked to type a word or phrase to
go with the image. When you sign on to Bank of Ann Arbor's website with your access ID, this image and phrase will be
displayed letting you know that you are at our valid site.
Additionally, you are required to answer three challenge questions. These questions will be displayed if you attempt
to sign in from an unregistered PC.
Register your PC. If you are using a personal or business PC on a regular basis, click the radio button to register
your PC now. A cookie will be placed on your PC and our system will recognize it the next time you sign in.
Step 4
Agree to our Terms and Conditions. Now you have access to your Bank of Ann Arbor accounts online.
