and Bank of Ann Arbor Wholesale (also known as Progressive Mortgage).

Our Security Procedures
Bank of Ann Arbor maintains appropriate security standards and procedures regarding unauthorized access to customer
information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your
account from being accessed by third parties. We maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance
with our internal security standards.
We have developed policies and procedures to guide our staff. We educate our employees on the importance of
confidentiality and customer privacy through training, procedures, and professional conduct guidelines. Access to
customer information is restricted to only those who have a business reason for knowing. We view failure to protect
a customer's confidentiality as a serious matter and will take disciplinary action, up to and including termination,
for those who violate this policy.
We desire to keep your information accurate, current and as complete as possible. Please inform us as soon as possible
