Stop Delivery of Your Paper Statement
To complete your request to stop receiving paper statements by mail, please read and consent to the agreements below,
then click "I agree".
You may request the convenience of eliminating delivery of the paper statement and images of checks that may be enclosed
with that statement. If you select this option, we will send a notice to the email address we have on file for you when
your online statement becomes available. You can change the email address for the statement notification at any time by
clicking on "options" within Online Banking. Each statement, together with any legal notice about your account, will
remain available online at least 18 months. You may also print the statements or download to your own system. Statements
are in a PDF document. You will need Adobe Acrobat to open the document. There is no charge for this service. Some
promotional materials will not be available.
Note: if you receive a combined statement for your accounts, once you select the lead account, you have also agreed not
to receive paper statements for all of the other accounts appearing on the combined statement. You will receive a
single email notice for the entire statement, and all of the information you currently receive will be available online.
By clicking "I agree" below, you consent to the electronic delivery of your periodic statements including any check
images you may currently receive, and all notices (including any change in terms) which are included with the paper
statements. You may receive one statement in the mail after today's date, and then you will no longer receive a paper
copy delivered by mail. You may cancel your consent and again receive paper statements at any time and without a fee by
contacting us within Online Banking or by calling 734 662-1600.
You may request a paper copy of any statement by contacting the phone number listed above. Charges may apply for paper
copies. Please reference your applicable account agreement.
