Online Bill Pay Enrollment

To enroll in Bank of Ann Arbor's personal online bill pay, begin by logging into Online Banking. If you don't have Online Banking you can instantly enroll by clicking First-time User Enrollment below the Access ID box. Once inside Online Banking click on Bill Payments in the top row of options. This will automatically enroll you into Online Bill Pay, and will also be how Bill Pay is accessed to pay bills. You are now ready to begin paying bills online. If you experience difficulty enrolling into Bill Pay, please contact our Electronic Banking team at (734) 761-9048.

Be sure to use the Sign Out button to exit a Bill Pay session. We also recommend that you empty the cache or temporary Internet files frequently. Check your browser's Help menu for instructions.

Important Notes about CheckFree Bill Pay:
  • Online Bill Pay is a separate service from your online banking service. It is provided by CheckFree at no cost to you based on your account relationship with Bank of Ann Arbor. Should you experience any problems with the service, contact CheckFree Customer Care at 1-800-877-8021.
  • There is an extensive list of FAQs within Checkfree's help menu.
  • Tax payments and court-ordered payments are not recommended to be scheduled through CheckFree.
