Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer
Charlie has over 35 years of experience in the areas of commercial banking, credit administration, wealth management, and
private banking. Prior to joining Bank of Ann Arbor, Charlie served as Senior Vice President and Ann Arbor Region President
for Comerica Bank, from which he retired in May, 2008.
Mr. Crone has been and continues to be an active community volunteer. Past and present organizations that he donates time
to include the Ann Arbor Chamber, Glacier Hills Retirement Community, Great Sauk Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America,
Ele's Place, the Ann Arbor Art Center, Legacy Land Conservancy, and the Ann Arbor Rotary. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in
Finance and Accounting, both from the University of Michigan.
Senior VP & Private Banking Manager
Patrick has over 25 years of banking experience, with the last 21 years in Washtenaw County. He joined BOAA in
January 2006 as President of the Ypsilanti District. Pat previously served in commercial lending roles at
KeyBank and Comerica. He is active in the community, and currently serves on the board of the Ann Arbor
YMCA and is an elder at First Presbyterian Church Ann Arbor. Pat holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance
from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Aviation from Northwestern
Plymouth District President
Mike has over 29 years of commercial banking experience in southeast Michigan. He joined BOAA in September of 2010 as President
of the Plymouth District. Mike previously managed the Business Banking department at Citizens Bank, and served in various commercial
banking roles at Comerica Bank. He served on the Board of the Michigan Philharmonic and is a member of the Plymouth Rotary. Mike holds
an MBA from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Dearborn.
Senior Vice President & Senior Loan Officer
Satish brings 30 years of experience in business lending, credit analysis and management to his role at Bank of Ann Arbor. He began his
career in banking as a financial analyst with the Detroit office of the Federal Reserve. He subsequently moved to NBD where he worked in
various positions of increasing responsibility over a 14-year period in its Detroit and Ann Arbor offices including time as a middle market
lender and a division manager for one of NBD's successor banks, Bank One, with responsibility for the Ann Arbor and Toledo markets. Most
recently, Mr. Jasti was the Founder and CEO of Lotus Bank in Novi.
Satish serves the community through involvement with the Lawrence Technological University's College of Management Board of Advisors, Novi
Rotary and the Detroit Economic Club. He holds a MBA from University of Chicago and a BS from Wayne State University.
Saline District President, Commercial Banking
Walt has 35 years of commercial lending and banking experience in Washtenaw County. Walt began his career in banking
with Manufacturer's Bank (now Comerica) and subsequently held the positions of President, CEO and Board Chair at Bank
of Washtenaw (now Huntington Bank). Walt most recently served as Regional President in Ann Arbor for Mercantile Bank of Michigan.
Walt's current community involvement includes Saline Rotary (past president), Saline Area Chamber of Commerce (board member), board member
and treasurer of Evangelical Homes of Michigan, Saline Economic Development Corporation and City of Saline Planning Commission.
President, Technology Industry Group
Michael has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was a founding member of Royal Bank of Canada's Technology
Industry Group where he managed a $1 billion portfolio of relationships and delivered a complex set of financial instruments to the world's
leading technology companies. Prior to joining Bank of Ann Arbor, he spent three years providing strategic, financial and market development
consulting services to technology driven organizations and served as CEO for two start-up firms.
Michael returned to his hometown of Ann Arbor in 2001 after nearly two decades in California and Texas. He is actively involved in the
region's growing technology, life science and venture finance community including Founder and President of the Ann Arbor Angels and as a
conference and classroom speaker. Michael’s other community activities include, Hands-On Museum Board, Founder of the Hands-On Museum
TechTwilight Event, Ozone House Board member, Skyline High School Business Magnet Advisory Council, Ann Arbor SPARK Entrepreneurial Servcices
Committee, and The Ann Arbor Rotary Club.
Michael is a summa cum laude MBA graduate of the University of Southern California where he achieved a number one class ranking. He
received his B.A. in Finance with honors from Michigan State University.

Vice President, Commercial Banking
Mark has 20 years of commercial lending experience with the past 15 years in Washtenaw County. Mark has held
commercial lending positions at Citizens Bank and KeyBank.
Mark is involved with the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce, the Ann Arbor Public Schools Partners for Excellence
Advisory Board, the Rotary Club of Chelsea, Habitat for Humanity, and is active with the Ann Arbor First
United Methodist Church. He earned a B.A. degree from Albion College.
Vice President & Commercial Real Estate Loan Manager
Jon, a long-time resident of Ann Arbor, is a familiar face to many in the Michigan commercial real estate industry.
With over 20 years of experience, Jon has built a loyal following of clients who appreciate his excellent service.
Mr. Bowdler gives back to the community as a member of the Board of Washtenaw Affordable Housing Corporation. Mr.
Bowdler holds an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan,
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Vice President, Commercial Banking
Jim joined Bank of Ann Arbor ion 2005 and has numerous years of experience in commercial banking. A large portion of which has
been in the Ann Arbor market (18 years). He continues to work in the commercial lending arena which he has specialized in since the early 90s.
Jim is very involved in the Ann Arbor community serving on many boards and continues to be active in many charitable and non profit causes.
Vice President, Technology Industry Group
Mark is responsible for developing relationships throughout the technology business community and servicing their
banking needs. His previous experience was at LaSalle Bank where most recently he was a Commercial Loan Officer.
Mark holds a B.A. from Northwood University, graduating magna cum laude.

Sara has over ten years of experience in the areas of small business lending and credit analysis. Most recently,
she worked as a Commercial Loan Officer and Senior Credit Analyst for a community bank in Washtenaw County. Sara
serves as Board President of Washtenaw Camp Placement Association and is a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
She holds her B.S. from Ohio University.
