Online Banking

Online Banking provides immediate access to your account information. Just point and click to view posted transaction details, transfer between accounts, or make loan payments. With complete access to your financial data you can do even more online:

  • Look at current day's checks and electronic activity before they post.
  • View account statements and check images.
  • Make same-day transfers up to 6:00pm.

To use Online Banking, you will need an active Bank of Ann Arbor checking, savings, or certificate of deposit account, Internet connection and up- to-date browser software. You will also need the Personal PIN provided when you opened your account.

Online Banking Enrollment

Get started using Online Banking by clicking on First-Time User Enrollment. To enroll you will need your account number, the account type and your personal pin. Once this is completed you will be able to set up a unique Access ID and Password to log on with going forward.

E-Statements

Go paperless. Receive your account statements online and save trees in the process. To receive account statements electronically, accept when presented the option upon signing in to Online Banking. When your monthly statement cycle ends, you'll receive an e-mail notifying you that the statement is available for review in Online Banking. Then log in, select the account, and view your statement under the Documents menu. Statements can be printed anytime. You will have access to up to 30 months of statements for easy reference.
