We have made changes to simplify how Personal accounts are associated to account holders in mobile and online banking.

These updates will not affect everyone, and most won't notice a change.

Who benefits:

  • Those unable to view all their accounts using a single username.
  • Joint account holders and other unique banking relationships requiring special access to account(s).

What you might notice after the updates:

All personal accounts that you are the owner or signer of will display in mobile and online banking using your existing username.
